GSL Education is seeking passionate and qualified Secondary School Teachers with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) to join the teams at secondary schools in Tavistock. Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support student development.
• Maintain professional standards of teaching and behaviour management.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience as a Secondary School Teacher is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified teachers.
• Strong subject knowledge in your teaching area.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
