Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods to support students with varying learning needs and abilities.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support student development.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
• A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
