Salary: Up to £100 per day
Hours: 8:15am - 3:15pm

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a very friendly and supportive secondary school in Rochdale. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to make a positive impact in education by supporting both teachers and students in a variety of classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students with their learning.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students as needed.
• Help with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with a range of general classroom activities and tasks.
• Assist in the monitoring and tracking of student progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school or with children is preferred but not essential.
• A proactive and supportive approach to working with students.
• Strong communication and teamworking skills.
• Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of students in the classroom.
• A positive attitude and commitment to student wellbeing and academic success.
