Location: Lincoln

Salary: �80-�100 per day

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time, Monday-Friday

The role:

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial part in the support and development of students by creating a classroom environment that allows students to be creative, independent and successful. This role will include supporting the teaching staff to deliver a broad curriculum to the students, and working with smaller groups or 1:1 when required.

Key responsibilities:

• To support students in classroom settings, smaller groups or 1:1, during lunch and break times and unstructured times.
• Working in conjunction with senior leadership to assist with the development of social skills and behaviour.
• To monitor and keep accurate records of individual as required by the school.
• To be involved in collaborative planning with teaching staff to ensure the most effective support is given.
• To support in the delivery of the Key Stage 3 and 4 school curriculum.
• To work flexibly within the setting and support the ethos of the school.
