Are you an experienced legal Secretarial Coordinator looking for your next challenge?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Secretarial Services Coordinator/Administrator to join a prestigious international law firm on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll provide essential secretarial support to fee earners and to the Associate Director of Secretarial Services.
This is an admin heavy role and you must have coordinator experience to be considered.
The position is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and offers a competitive salary and hybrid working! The offices are based right in the heart of the City of London (Liverpool Street).
Key Responsibilities:
Assigning alternative cover for sickness absence
Coordinating secretarial holiday schedules
Arranging overtime cover for holidays and absences, while maintaining updated internal records
Preparing and distributing weekly holiday cover lists to relevant departments
Assisting with approving payable time
Collaborating with the Document Services Coordinator and/or Manager to ensure efficient handling of document work requests
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Secretarial Coordinator within a law firm
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi task, prioritize, and stay focused in a demanding environment
Capability to work effectively with various personalities, maintaining composure under pressure
