Security Architect (DevSecOps)Outside IR356 Month Initial ContractUK remote, very occasional site visitsFruition are currently seeking a highly skilled Security Architect (DevSecOps) to join a well reputable technology first consultancy in the UK.As the Security Architect, you will play a vital role in designing and managing the security architecture required to safeguard the company's global services, with a primary focus on DevSecOps, cloud security (AWS).It is essential that this individual is an Engineering focused Security Architect, with strong and demonstrable project delivery experience across DevSecOps (CI/CD, IAC, Docker, Kubernetes etc).Responsibilities:Designing and implementing security standards and controls to protect the company's information assets, playing a significant role in the adoption of new technologies.Reviewing, assessing, and defining security requirements for Global Projects based on risk appetite, international standards, compliance requirements, and internal risk frameworks.Establishing security within the build pipeline (CI/CD)Experience:Extensive experience in information security, with a specific focus on security architecture.Extensive DevSecOps / technical engineering experience across CI/CD, IAC.Kubernetes / Docker would be highly beneficial.Demonstrable expertise in working with AWS and implementing cloud security services and tools.Experience in designing secure, highly distributed event-driven architectures.Excellent understanding of security protocols and familiarity with current IT security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI, NIST, ISF, UKGC, and Data Protection, implementing security solutions.DAST/SAST/SCA - Security TestingExperience with stakeholder management, up to and including C-suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Any relevant Security Certifications are a nice to have.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age.
