Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will oversee the security operations at a dedicated site in Nottinghamshire leading your team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused security services. What We’re Looking For



We are seeking a security operations management professional with proven experience in leading teams and managing security services. You’ll be confident in delivering client-focused solutions, ensuring excellent service delivery, and managing the commercial aspects of security operations.

  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to liaise effectively with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.

  • Security Expertise: In-depth knowledge of security operations, asset protection, and counter-terrorism.

Key Responsibilities



As a Site Security Manager, your main responsibilities will include:




  • Client Relationship Management: Building and developing strong relationships with the client, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Team Management: Managing the security team and suppliers, empowering them to deliver outstanding service.

  • Performance Improvement: Driving continuous improvement in security functions, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and improving value for money.

  • KPI Management: Ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) to benchmark security performance and identify areas for development.

  • Risk Management: Conducting risk assessments, inspections, and security tests to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.

  • Security Planning: Overseeing all security planning and operations.

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, creating a secure and sustainable environment.
