Location: UK & Europe (Extensive Travel & Staying away in Europe required)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating the installation of security systems and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects. Working closely with the Operations Director, the Project Manager will oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of installations while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage the installation of security systems in accordance with project requirements.
• Supervise Installation Engineers and contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project profitability and report any concerns to the Operations Director.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure all documentation is provided in a timely manner and conduct customer training as needed.
• Adhere to quality standards, contractual obligations, and company policies.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in a similar field.
• Proficiency in electronic security systems installation.
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract such as NEC3/4, JCT, etc.
• Ability to create and interpret work schedules using tools like Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, Visio, and job costing packages.
