Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on the installation, maintenance, and servicing of access control and door entry systems, with additional responsibilities involving CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service access control and door entry systems.
• Conduct regular system inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Install and service CCTV systems as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest security technologies and industry trends.
• Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Security Service Engineer, particularly with access control and door entry systems.
• Working knowledge of CCTV systems.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Relevant certifications in security systems (preferred but not essential).
