Due to growth in the North East, our client is looking to appoint a Security Team Leader to one of their retail sites in Country Durham, monitoring and reviewing the performance of the Security Team to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. The ideal Security Team Leader will have proven experience in a similar role with relevant qualifications, along with CCTV and security knowledge. /p p strong Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Review work performance of the security team to ensure the required expectations are met daily /li li Monitor performance standards for the site daily /li li Demonstrate exceptional high levels of customer service /li li Advise the Manager of stock levels and uniform requirements for the site /li li Report time keeping issues to the Manager /li li Ensure that the Manager is informed of all matters that are of interest or concern at the earliest possible opportunity /li li Demonstrate an understanding of current H&S legislation /li li Ensure that incidents are reported promptly by security officers in line with Company procedure /li li Ensure that the Manager is advised of all incidents /li li Ensure equipment issues are reported in a timely manner and that regular inspections are carried out /li li Provide coaching and mentoring to team members /li li Motivate individuals /li /ul p strong Requirements: /strong /p ul li Experience of supervising a security team /li li Ability to work and integrate in an already established team /li li SIA and CCTV qualified /li li Knowledge of security/CCTV legislation /li /ul
