As part of Openwork, one of the largest financial advisory networks in the UK, we have access to a comprehensive range of mortgages across the market. We also have extensive options available in the specialist lending and Private Banking. Our advisers benefit from an extensive and ongoing programme of training and development, ensuring that they are consistently amongst the best in the industry. We currently have the top 2 advisers in Openwork as well as others in the top 20.
Our focus is on delivering high quality advice and great customer service and we utilise the best available technologies, training and resources to enable us to do this. Our ideal candidate:
• Dynamic with a passion for good customer service and a real hunger for success.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are looking for a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• You have a minimum of 1 year’s sales experience in any industry.
• You are highly organised with a mindset to succeed.
• You are passionate about being a professional Salesperson who is relationship-driven at meeting client’s needs to maximise sales opportunities.
• You want to see what you are truly capable of when you are self-driven and want to push yourself to become a self-sufficient individual.
Requirements for Capricorn Financial
• Protection Advisers can join Capricorn and start advising without holding R05, however, it would be beneficial to hold the R05 qualification, therefore would be encouraged to obtain before or during the role.

• Year 1 - £30,000 - £40,000
• Year 2 - £80,000 - £120,000
• Year 3 - £150,000+
• Year 4 - £200,000++
