We are seeking dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistants to join our secondary schools in Bishop Stortford starting September 2024.
As an SEMH Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who require additional help due to SEMH challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff and external specialists to implement tailored strategies that foster academic progress and emotional wellbeing. Your role will involve providing one-on-one support and small group interventions, ensuring that students are engaged, motivated, and making positive strides in their learning journeys.
