Key Responsibilities for the SEMH Teacher:


  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEMH.
  • Managing challenging behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement individualised education plans.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.

Requirements for the SEMH Teacher:


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience managing challenging behaviour.
  • Ideally, experience working in a SEN school setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
