Salary scale: £150-£230 dependent on experience and qualifications
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

Requirements:


  • Experience working with children with SEMH is highly desirable.

  • Relevant qualifications or training in special education is a plus.
