Semiconductor Process Engineer

IQE is essential to technology growth markets, as the only compound semiconductor epitaxy foundry with a global footprint and proven ability to manufacture at scale.About the roleWe are looking for a Process Engineer preferably with experience in InP to join the team at IQE SW. You will be responsible for the efficient process implementation and day-to-day operation of all assigned MOVPE reactors. You will understand the interaction between the IQE growth process and the customer’s requirements, so that the material produced meets or exceeds the customers’ expectations.
