About the Role:
We are looking for a full-time Food Technology Teacher to join a specialist SEN secondary setting in Chesterfield. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical Food Technology lessons, helping students develop essential life skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Requirements:
✅ Must drive - travel may be required between sites
✅ UK teaching experience within an SEN setting
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching qualification
✅ Experience supporting students with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
✅ A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ Ability to create engaging, hands-on lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
