- Individualised Support: Develop and deliver personalised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student, focusing on academic, social, and emotional growth.

- Effective Interventions: Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support students in overcoming their learning challenges.

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience working as an SEN Instructor or in a similar role supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Deep Understanding: Strong knowledge of various special educational needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, PMLD, SLD, etc.).
- Passion for Inclusion: A genuine passion for working with students with special needs and a commitment to providing them with the best possible educational opportunities.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods and strategies to individual student needs.
