Responsibilities:


  • Individualised Support: Develop and deliver personalised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student, focusing on academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Engaging Instruction: Create stimulating and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Effective Interventions: Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support students in overcoming their learning challenges.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for each student.
  • Positive Learning Environment: Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that fosters a sense of belonging and achievement for all students.

Requirements:


  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience working as an SEN Instructor or in a similar role supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • Deep Understanding: Strong knowledge of various special educational needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, PMLD, SLD, etc.).
  • Passion for Inclusion: A genuine passion for working with students with special needs and a commitment to providing them with the best possible educational opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods and strategies to individual student needs.
  • Teamwork: Experience working collaboratively within a team to support student success.
