SEN Teaching Assistant

Willo Education are working exclusively with a 3 form entry Primary School in the Sandwell area who are looking to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN LSA. The successful person will be working on a 1:1 basis�in KS1. You will be working within the classroom supporting her daily educational needs but may also be asked to help with small Numeracy and Literacy groups.

The position is full time, 5 days a week and due to the nature will require someone who is committed, reliable and knowledgeable. The school are looking to recruit someone who is passionate, hardworking and has a positive can do attitude. The head teacher has expressed that for the right person a permanent position might be offered with a view that you will work with the child�throughout her Primary Education.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

• Level 3 in childcare or equivalent to.


• Minimum 6 months experience working with children who have SEN


• Right to work in the UK


• Engaging, positive and reliable.
