About the Role:

• Position: SEN Primary Teacher
• Start Date: Immediate start or as soon as possible
• Contract Type: Full-time, temporary (with potential for extension or permanency)
• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN.
• Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment that supports both academic and personal growth.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
• Assess and monitor progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual education plans (IEPs).

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally in a primary setting.
• A deep understanding of SEND frameworks and strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
