Are you a dedicated and experienced Primary SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? Our special needs primary school in Redbridge is seeking passionate and skilled educators to join our team from September.

Role: As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, including therapists and support staff
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students
  • Employ innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in teaching children with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach
