Salary: �460-�500 per week

Contract: Long-term, full-time (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant Experience: Background working with SEN or mental health needs is highly desirable.
• Passion for Mental Health: Strong interest in supporting students with SEMH needs.
• Understanding of SEN: Knowledge or experience in SEN settings, focusing on unique learning and behavioural needs.
• Local Candidate: Ideally, you're within commuting distance of Sandy.

SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication challenges.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement targeted interventions.
• Assist in developing personalised learning strategies and support plans.
• Provide pastoral care and emotional support to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
