Position: SEN Support Worker for Children with Autism (ASD)

Salary: £480 - £550 per week

About the Schools:

Our specialist schools in West London are rapidly growing and cater to pupils aged 3-19 years with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and associated complexities, including autism. Your experience and dedication will be crucial in supporting these amazing students.

Your Role:

  • Personal Support: Attend to the personal needs of pupils, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first-aid, and welfare matters.
  • Learning Assistance: Help pupils understand instructions and support their learning in literacy, numeracy, and other key areas.
  • Role Model: Build strong relationships with pupils, encouraging them to engage and interact positively.
  • Specialised Support: Work closely with children with autism, understanding their unique needs and helping them thrive in a structured environment.
  • Classroom Preparation: Ensure the classroom is ready for learning activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
