If you're passionate about education and want to be part of something meaningful, read on!

The Role:

We're looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join this team as Teaching Assistants. You'll be working alongside teachers and therapists to help create personalised learning plans for each student. Your role will involve supporting students both in the classroom and during one-on-one sessions, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting students with SEMH and ASC needs by delivering tailored learning strategies
  • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Promoting students' emotional and social growth, helping them develop confidence and resilience
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and therapists to ensure students receive consistent support
  • Contributing to school life, from helping in classrooms to joining in on extracurricular activities and school events

Who You Are:

You're someone who genuinely cares about making a difference in children's lives. Whether you've worked with kids before or you're eager to start, we're looking for people who are empathetic, adaptable, and ready to bring their best to the classroom.

What They're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children (especially with SEMH or ASC) is a plus, but not essential-what really matters is your passion for education and willingness to learn.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive outlook.

Extra Perks (if you have them!):

  • Relevant qualifications in education or special needs (like a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification).
  • Experience working in a special school or with students with learning challenges.
  • Understanding of SEMH, ASC, or related conditions.

What's In It For You:

  • A welcoming and supportive work environment.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth-great for building your CV!
  • Staff well-being programs and support.
  • Pension scheme and other great benefits.

Ready to Make a Difference?

This is more than just a job-it's a chance to be part of a dedicated team that's changing lives. If you're passionate about helping children grow and succeed, we'd love to hear from you!
