The team is committed to fostering personal and academic growth, providing a comprehensive learning experience that equips students with skills for life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to students with special educational needs, working in partnership with teachers and therapists.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging students to grow in confidence and independence.
  • Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
  • Offer support with students' personal care and mobility needs, where necessary.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and staff, contributing to a collaborative school community.
  • Support the emotional and social development of students, helping them navigate challenges in a compassionate and patient manner.

What's On Offer:

  • A welcoming and supportive team environment that prioritizes personal and professional growth.
  • Opportunities to work alongside a diverse team of experienced educators, therapists, and specialists.

  • A positive, forward-looking school community that values creativity, care, and collaboration.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability are essential qualities for this role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students are supported in achieving their best.
  • A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them navigate their individual learning journeys.

If you are motivated by the idea of making a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs, we would love to hear from you.
