We are recruiting outstanding 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to be part of an exclusive bank of staff. To be considered for the position of a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant, ideally you would have:


  • Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting
  • Have experience with SEND children
  • Hold a level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)
  • Able to demonstrate recent classroom experience
  • Be dedicated to raising standards and be a good role model
