SEN Teacher Assistant - Full time - North London based - November start

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive and safe learning environment
• Organise personalised learning activities
• Work alongside Teachers to liaise with parents, carers and external agencies where appropriate
• Follow the schools safeguarding/health and safety policies
• Able to adapt teaching styles or better suit each learners needs

Personal Attributes:

• Willingness to work with young individuals with autism
• have knowledge or know about autism and learning disabilities of all different ranges.
• Emotional and physical resilience to bad behaviour
• Willing to use positive behaviour therapy
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
