We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in North London. This special needs school are dedicated to creating a vibrant and happy learning environment to ensure young individuals with autism can unlock their full potential with confidence and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
• Find ways to overcome learning barriers and understand how autism can impact learning.
• Remaining calm and resilient when handling challenging behavioural issues
• Ensuring each individual has the ability to unlock their full potential
• Assisting Teacher with maintaining a vibrant learning community and support planning of lessons
