SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - West London - Temp to Perm - September Start

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a vibrant special needs school based in West London. This is a special needs school that focus on working in smaller classrooms to encourage learner engagement and self regulation.

Responsibilities:

• Keep up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
• Adapt teaching style to better suit each individual's needs
• Plan and teach high quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4
• Ensure a positive approach to teaching to encourage learner engagement
