Responsibilities
Planning and Delivering the highest quality of lessons accommodating for the varying needs and abilities of the pupils
Behaviour management
Supporting students to excel and reach their full potential
Classroom management
Support for students both verbal and non verbal - using PECS is hugely desirable
Leading the department and supporting the other Maths Teachers in the planning and direction of the faculty
