GSL Education is Hiring: SEN Teacher in Kensington and Chelsea

GSL Education is seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Teachers to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea. If you are committed to supporting students with special educational needs, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote social and emotional development.

Requirements:


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting student development.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN education (desirable but not essential).
