SEN Teacher Wirral

New Directions have been tasked to search for Special Education Needs teachers to help fill multiple roles across a number of Specialist units in the Wirral.

Our partners have asked that we not rule out Early Career Teachers for this post but experience within the SEND field would be advantageous.

Listed below are some traits and requirements our partners have asked for;

* To ensure the holistic development of pupils
* To develop and equip pupils skills with life skills
* Ensure students cognitive and moral qualities and traits contribute to a person's individuality and makes them different from others
* Knowledge of the curriculum and able to adapt this to the needs of individuals
* Participate in continuing professional development (CPD) and performance management in line with school policy and practice
* Take reasonable care of the health and safety of self, ideally first aid trained
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
* Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
* Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
* Minimum of three months UK residency
* QTS
* Knowledge of the curriculum
