Energetic SEND Teacher Needed All-Through SEND School (Newham)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic SEND Teacher to join a dynamic all-through SEND school in Newham. You will be working with a small class of students aged 10-12 who have diverse learning needs, including social, emotional, and communication challenges. The school is looking for someone who can bring a lively and positive attitude to help engage and support these students.
The Role Includes:

- Delivering fun, creative, and tailored lessons that inspire and motivate students with a range of SEND requirements.
- Implementing effective behavior management techniques to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support for students' academic and personal development.
- Continuously assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Experience working in a SEND setting, with a flexible approach to supporting students with varying abilities.
- The ability to adapt and inject energy into your teaching to keep students engaged and motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external support staff.
