We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher in the Ashford area, to support Early Years education. You will be supporting young children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) who face multiple barriers to learning, including communication challenges, cognitive delays, sensory impairments (vision and hearing), and physical needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver individualised, play-based learning activities that support developmental milestones.
* Employ creative communication techniques, such as Makaton, AAC, or sensory cues, to facilitate interaction and engagement.
* Collaborate with therapists and support staff to implement tailored sensory and physical support strategies.
* Create a nurturing, inclusive environment that prioritises each child’s well-being and safety.
* Monitor and assess developmental progress, adjusting approaches to meet each child’s unique needs.
* Work closely with families to ensure consistency in care and learning strategies.
