SEN Teacher

SEN Teacher - Full Time - South East London - February Start

Are you a qualified Teacher with experience working alongside SEN children?

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher to work full time at a special needs school based in South East London. This is an independent SEN school opening very soon with an aim to support learners across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

You will be working in smaller classrooms to ensure learner engagement and classroom management.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
• Adapt teaching style to better suit each individuals needs
• Consistently refer to using positive behaviour techniques
• Understand how ASD can create barriers to learning and how to over come them
• Teach high quality lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
