We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Teacher to join our small and supportive team at our specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school. ISP Whitstable school is a small provision of up to 24 pupils with complex needs who often present with challenging behaviours. We offer a safe and nurturing environment, with well trained, supportive staff combined with our therapeutic approach we believe provides a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment tailored to each child's individual journey.
Through our therapeutic and holistic approach to education, we are able to embed effective practices in our everyday classroom delivery. We are attachment and trauma-informed, so are able to work sensitively to enable young people to feel safe, included within the school community and to attend regularly.
