The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to supporting students with diverse needs and the ability to maintain a structured and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n- Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
\n- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
\n- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
\n- Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students.
\n- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
\n

Requirements:
\n
\n- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
\n- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
\n- Strong resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
\n- Authoritative presence with excellent classroom management skills.
\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n- Commitment to ongoing professional development
\n
