Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential for th#####ole.
Experience working with SEN pupils - Either in a special school or mainstre#####etting.
A passion for SEN education and a strong desire to help students#####ieve their full potential.
Strong communication and teamwork skills - Collaborate with suppor#####aff, parent#####nd therapists.
Understanding of SEN teaching methods - Experience with PECS, Makaton, TEACCH, or Team Teach is#####onus (train#####will be provided).
