**Job Title:** SEN Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start

We are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming
school community in Okehampton. This full-time, permanent position offers an
immediate start and the opportunity to work with children who have Autism
Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other learning needs, helping them thrive

### Key Responsibilities
* **Individualised Support:** Provide one-on-one and small-group assistance, helping SEN students engage with lessons and develop important life skills.
* **IEP Implementation:** Assist teachers in delivering and adapting Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to suit the unique needs of each student.
* **Promoting Positive Behaviour:** Foster a positive and structured classroom atmosphere by encouraging constructive behaviour and social skill development.
* **Monitoring Progress:** Observe and document student progress, sharing regular updates with teachers and parents to support their growth and development.
