SEN Teaching Assistant - Castle Bromwich

We are�seeking dedicated and experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant and supportive team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across Reception to Year 2, with a primary focus on providing 1-1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-1 support for SEN pupils, ensuring their individual educational needs are met.


• Work closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop and implement individualized learning plans.


• Deliver engaging and effective sessions that promote academic progression.


• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.


• Monitor and record the pupil's progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.


• Assist with general classroom duties and support the wider educational activities of the school.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.


• Proven experience working with SEN children in an educational setting.


• Confidence in delivering tailored educational sessions to support academic progression.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative when needed.
