We’re looking for a SEN Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic and caring team. In this role, you’ll be making a real impact, providing 1:1 and small group support to children with autism in an environment that celebrates individuality and fosters growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
✨ Providing 1:1 and small group support to children with autism, helping them thrive in their learning journey.
✨ Working closely with the class teacher to deliver personalised strategies and activities tailored to each child’s unique needs.
✨ Creating a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where kids can feel confident and excited to learn.
✨ Encouraging positive behavior, building self-esteem, and supporting children’s social skills with patience and care.
✨ Collaborating with parents, staff, and outside professionals to make sure every child is getting the support they need to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with SEN, particularly autism, is essential – you know what works and are ready to make a difference.<#####ata-start="#####" data-end="1578" /> A compassionate, caring attitude with a genuine love for helping children grow, both academically and sociall#####r data-star#####696" data-end="1699" /> Previous experience working in early years education is a big plus.
