Position Details
- Pay Rate: £84 - £90 per day, based on experience
- Start Date: January 2025
- Hours: Full-time, continuing for the academic year with the potential for extension
About You
The successful candidate will support the progress and achievement of a high-performing class, working closely with the class teacher and providing one-to-one assistance to students with SEMH/SEN needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and creating a positive classroom environment
- Provide individual support for pupils with specific learning needs, ensuring they can fully engage with the curriculum
- Help prepare teaching materials, set up equipment, and organise resources for lessons
- Foster a positive, respectful rapport with all students
- Collaborate with the team to share insights, resources, and best practices
Essential Requirements:
- Strong references confirming experience with behavioural support
- Comprehensive CV with full employment history
- Right to work in the UK
