• Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Redruth
• Salary:   £80 to £90 per day 
• Start Date: Immediately   

Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant:  

• Utilize effective strategies to address the unique needs of each student.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to create comprehensive support plans collaboratively.
• Foster an environment that enhances social interactions and communication skills.
• Implement interventions consistently and actively participate in activities to promote academic progress.

Requirements as a SEN Teaching Assistant:  

• Candidates with previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant will receive preference.
• Applicants with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle will be prioritised.
• Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• These qualities are necessary for handling various situations.
• A strong commitment to fostering student success and well-being is fundamental.
