About the Role

• Support students with SEN on a 1-1 basis or in small groups
• Work closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to adapt lessons
• Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment
• Assist with personal development and emotional regulation

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with secondary-aged children is essential
• SEN experience - either in school, youth work, care, or similar
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Passion for making a difference in young people's lives
• A willingness to work flexibly across local Medway schools
