This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of children with additional learning needs.
About the role:
In the role of a SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a range of learning difficulties, emotional challenges and behavioural needs. Your role will involve providing both one-to-one and small-group support, ensuring students feel encouraged, valued and empowered in their learning journey.
