Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Assisting in classrooms, providing support based on the teacher's lesson plans
  • Working closely with students 1:1 and in small groups
  • Supporting the emotional and educational development of students
  • Helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Monitoring and reporting on student progress, under teacher guidance

What you need to succeed:

  • A love for working with children, especially those with special educational needs
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Flexibility in your approach to teaching and learning
