SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide personalised 1-1 support for primary age children.

The successful applicant will be:

• Able to form effective relationships with children
• Able to accurately assess risk and support to ensure safety
• Able to work effectively within a team
• Able to work flexibly and use their own initiative
• Able to communicate effectively with children and adults both verbally and in writing
• Able to liaise effectively with external agencies with the support of the SENCO
