SEN Teaching Assistant

GSL Education are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants for a school based in Farnborough This is a lovely special school for children aged 11-16 who experience social, emotional and behavior difficulties. This role is for an SEN Teaching Assistant who has experience in a school environment or working closely with various SEN needs. 

This Role includes, 

• 
  

  Assist teachers in delivering lessons and ensuring student’s understanding. 

• 
  

  Provide One-on-One Support. 

• 
  

  Help with personal care if needed. 

• 
  

  Assist students with mobility issues, ensuring they can use classrooms and facilities. 

• 
  

  Contribute to student’s progress discussions. 

Requirements: 

• 
  

  Valid up to date DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one 

• 
  

  Previous experience in SEN schools is ideal. 

• 
  

  Organized and efficient. 

• 
  

  Influential and drive. 

• 
  

  Have the right to work in UK 

• 
  

  Adequate References. 

• 
  

  Strong knowledge and understanding about safeguarding.
