Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Payrate: £12.82 to £14.72

Start Date: ASAP

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers and SENCO to support the learning and development of students.
• Use a range of strategies to engage students and encourage positive behavior.
• Monitor and record student progress, reporting any concerns to the relevant staff.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and review of student support plans.

What We Are Looking For:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• A passion for working with children and a commitment to their educational development.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Have the right to work in UK
