Horizon Teachers are working with a Primary school based in Lambeth, supporting in their search for a SEN Teaching Assistant to start from September 2024.The opportunityA long-term SEN Teaching Assistant role starting from September 2024 for the full academic year - extremely likely to become permanent. Working within the SEN resource base, supporting pupils with high levels of SEND needs, including non-verbal and physical disabilities. An inner-London school with ample space and excellent facilities. 5-minutes' walk from a Central London train station. Daily rates up to £115 per day. About youYou have vast experience supporting pupils with SEND within a Primary, Secondary or College setting.You have a proactive, positive mindset and have the ability to think on your feet during challenging situations.You demonstrate professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for working with children with SEND and a desire to build long-lasting, rewarding relationships.
