ABC Teachers is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support for SEN pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in primary schools located in Walsall and the surrounding areas.

About the Role:

  • Provide tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Start on a day-to-day basis, with potential to evolve into a long-term position.
  • Full-time hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

ABC Teachers is proud to work in partnership with well-established schools in the Walsall area, currently looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support students in KS1, KS2, and Early Years.

Requirements:

To be considered for this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:


  • Have experience working with students with additional needs.
  • Be passionate about building strong relationships with pupils and supporting their development.
  • Be able to commit to full-time work.
  • While a teaching assistant qualification is preferred, relevant experience is also valued.
  • Provide references from your most recent and relevant employment.
  • Have, or be willing to obtain, an up-to-date DBS check registered with the update service.
